Bassoon competitors passing to the Round II

The Competition in the BASSOON category has already found out the names of the musicians qualified to perform in ROUND II!

The bassoon players have competed for a place in the next round over the past two days. The compositions performed were Five virtuous inventions composed by Zdeněk Šesták and Sonata B Major KV 292/196c composed by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.

Over the course of the past two days, we witnessed 34 excellent bassoon performances. The Martinů Hall at the Prague Academy of Performing Arts hosted amazing musicians, however, only 12 of them can qualify for a place in ROUND II. Therefore, the jury decided on the candidates we will further see competing in ROUND II, and then possibly for the laureate title – their names are listed as follows:
