General information and conditions

Purchased tickets cannot be returned or exchanged. Admission fees may only be returned in the event that a concert is cancelled without any substitution.

No compensation can be made for lost tickets.

Remaining tickets will be available at the concert venue one hour before the start of the concert.

The organizers reserve the right to change the programme, performers or times of the concerts; in the event of any changes, tickets cannot be returned.

Concert-goers will be kept up to date with any changes via information published at festival.cz.

Ticket holders who arrive after the start of the concert will be directed to available seating at the discretion of the organizers.

The Prague Spring recommends that visitors consider the suitability of attending concerts with children younger than 4 years.

In exceptional circumstances, the Prague Spring reserves the right to provide alternative seating in the same category which may not correspond with the seats printed on the ticket.

The use of cameras, audio and video equipment, mobile phones and other electronic devices during the concert is prohibited.
