New album by Jan Bartoš and Petr Popelka has been released, featuring a live recording from the Prague Spring Festival

On Friday, November 7, Supraphon released pianist Jan Bartoš‘s new album, which connects the work of two exceptional composers – Ludwig van Beethoven and Anton Reicha. The album features a live recording of Beethoven’s famous “Emperor” concerto from the Prague Spring Festival with the Wiener Symphoniker, as well as the first complete studio recording of Reicha’s only piano concerto, which has been recorded in collaboration with the Prague Radio Symphony Orchestra. Both performances are conducted by Petr Popelka. The album is available on CD and in all digital formats.
