Ticket reimbursement – update

We will automatically refund you in full for the cost of the tickets of the concert which has been canceled; the amount will be sent to the account from which the purchase was made.

The refund process began on June 4, 2021.

We apologize, but by June 30, 2021, as originally announced, we were unable to satisfy all claims. We believe that all tickets for canceled concerts should be refunded by July 8, 2021. Thank you for your understanding.
