Form for ticket refunds

We greatly appreciate your interest in this year’s Prague Spring concerts. For the first time in its 75-year history, however, the festival finds itself in a situation where it will be unable to present its concert programme as planned, and this despite several years of preparation to ensure that the festival is all set to go, months ahead of schedule.

All ticket holders will be fully reimbursed. 

Tickets purchased on-line

If you purchased tickets on-line, you will obtain access to your customer account via email, where you will be able to apply for ticket refunds. 

Tickets purchased at a box office

If you purchased tickets at a box office or sales point – please, fill out a request form for the return of admission fees on this link.

Requests for the return of admission fees in this form will be accepted until 30 June 2020.

Gift Vouchers

The validity of the Gift Vouchers is extended until June 30, 2021. You can apply them after start of 2021 festival tickets purchase will begin.
