The position of the Prague Spring as the most important Czech cultural event is the result of the tradition of artistic and program demanding requirements given to the festival in 1946 by its young founders. It is constantly being developed into the image of a modern and progressive festival walking decisively through the 21st century. In the era of liquid modernity of today’s society, in the era of electronic media, the Internet, social networks and new technologies, we take care of the proven timeless values of musical culture and convey them in modern ways. At the same time, we respond to new trends, create space for young artists and new works, and look for points of contact with other musical genres and artistic disciplines. Accordingly, we manage our presentation and marketing, which must withstand the demanding environment of new media and the varied market of culture, entertainment and a long line of leisure activities.
